Best Chicken Wings in a Box

KyoChon Chicken

Here's the bag that our boxes of chicken wings came in. I love the hand drawn in picking up a wing.

A couple weeks ago, my department at work was in charge of birthday celebrations for the month of February.

The theme was presidential - we had to guess which snack food went with which president (or birthday celebrant for the month).

For example, jelly beans were a favorite of Reagan; Hawaiian Punch was associated with Obama; and chicken wings... well, they were a favorite of one of my coworkers with a February birthday.

When the sign-up list went around, I knew that I would get a couple boxes worth of KyoChon's sweet and spicy original garlic, soy chicken wings.

Sure, they're a bit pricey at almost 80 cents to a dollar per chicken wing, depending on how many are ordered, but boy - do they fix a chicken wing craving!

They were a hit with my coworkers and not a wing was spared.

I was glad that I put a few aside for my lunch the next day!

Check out Groupon......we got Kyochan for about 1/2 price. More deliciousness for all! Your blog is a bright spot. Thanks a bunch for taking us with you on your adventures!

The K-chickie got her ASS kicked by the spicy. Isn't that weird!? I still think the original garlic/soy is rather tasteless, but once in a while, spicy Kyochon wings + a bottle of soju in the parking lot rather make an interesting dinner.

Hey, let's grub soon? It's been SOOO long. So long that BistroLQ is closed!?! :(
