They say that turning 30 is the new 20, and that life gets better when you hit this milestone in your life.
I'm not sure whom the "they" are in this scenario, but I'd have to agree.
My early 20s were full of angst and uncertainty - a time in which I was trying to find my way through life, figure out the big picture, and wonder where I belonged amidst it all.
The big questions always seemed to loom...
... Who am I?
... What am I doing with my life?
... Where is it all going?
... Why am I here?
... How do I move forward?
... So what?
... What am I doing with my life?

So as I celebrated my 30th birthday with a surprise hot air balloon from MS, I reflected on life and love from high above ground.
As we floated in the sky, I felt free and happy to be alive.
Whimsical hot air balloons bopped up and down the valley. Bright colors filled the blue sky. And by my side was the love of my life.
One of the best birthdays ever!
